Our Policy

All sales are final. Dialecto subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation stops future charges — you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, billing glitch, etc.), email us and we'll make it right.
