By creating an account or using Dialecto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Dialecto is a language-learning platform. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account or credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page — you keep access through the end of your paid period.

4. Content

All course content, AI-generated feedback, and lesson material is owned by Dialecto. You retain ownership of anything you write or submit through the platform.

5. Disclaimer

Dialecto is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about fluency outcomes or uninterrupted service availability.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
